01 What materials do you work with?
We support high-pressure die casting for aluminum, zinc and magnesium alloys. Material selection can be evaluated according to part structure, mechanical requirements, surface finishing and production needs.
02 What die-casting machine sizes can you support?
Our die-casting capability covers a press range from 180T to 800T, supporting components with different sizes, structures and production requirements.
03 Can you develop tooling for a new project?
Yes. We support projects from tooling development and trial production through production preparation and mass manufacturing. Tooling requirements are reviewed according to the part design and expected production volume.
04 Do you provide DFM and drawing review?
Yes. Our team can review drawings and part structures before tooling development, including manufacturability, machining requirements, critical dimensions and other production considerations.
05 Can you support prototypes and sample production?
Yes. Depending on the project, we can support prototype evaluation, tooling trials, first-article samples and pre-production verification before moving into stable volume production.
06 Do you provide CNC machining after die casting?
Yes. Our CNC machining capability supports precision cutting, drilling, tapping, deburring and other machining operations required to achieve critical dimensions and functional features.
07 What secondary operations can you support?
We can coordinate secondary operations including shot blasting, grinding, machining, electrophoretic coating, powder coating, painting, anodizing, chrome plating and nickel plating according to project requirements.
08 How do you control product quality?
Our quality process includes incoming inspection (IQC), first article inspection (FAI), in-process quality control (IPQC) and outgoing inspection (OQC). Inspection requirements are defined according to drawings and project specifications.
09 What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the component, tooling, manufacturing process and project requirements. For new projects, we evaluate production volume together with the drawing and quotation requirements rather than applying one fixed MOQ to every component.
10 What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide available drawings or 3D files, material requirements, estimated annual quantity, surface finishing requirements and any important technical specifications. The more complete the information, the more accurately we can evaluate the project.
11 What drawing and 3D file formats can you review?
STEP and STP files are preferred for 3D evaluation. PDF drawings and other commonly used technical files can also be provided for quotation and engineering review.
12 Do you support international projects?
Yes. We support overseas customers with project communication, engineering review, sample development, production coordination and ongoing manufacturing supply.
