Built on Experience. Driven by a New Generation.
30+ Years of Manufacturing Experience. A New Generation of Precision Engineering.
30+ Years of Manufacturing Experience. A New Generation of Precision Engineering.
Founded in 2022, Zhongshan Bodurm Precision Technology Co., Ltd. builds on more than 30 years of family experience in metal processing.
Today, a new generation carries that manufacturing experience forward, combining modern engineering, digital production management and hands-on manufacturing expertise.
We provide precision die-casting solutions for aluminum, zinc and magnesium alloys, supporting projects from tooling development and prototyping through CNC machining, secondary operations and mass production.
Our die-casting capabilities support aluminum, zinc and magnesium alloys across a 180–800T press range. From tooling development and die casting to CNC machining, secondary operations and quality control, we coordinate each stage around the requirements of the project.
This integrated approach helps improve production consistency, shorten lead times and support a smooth transition from prototype development to mass production.
With more than 30 years of family experience in metal processing and heat treatment, our manufacturing background extends beyond die casting itself.
This experience gives our engineering team a deeper understanding of material behavior, process stability and how manufacturing conditions can affect the performance of finished components.
Today, we bring that experience into die-casting projects to support material selection, process development and consistent production.
Our customized MES/APS system provides real-time production visibility and supports production planning, scheduling and order tracking.
By combining digital production management with standardized manufacturing processes, we improve resource utilization, reduce unnecessary waiting and maintain better control over production progress.
This helps us provide competitive manufacturing solutions while supporting reliable lead times from prototype development to mass production.
Our quality control process covers each stage of production, from incoming material inspection and first article inspection to in-process quality control and final outgoing inspection.
Dimensional and visual inspections are carried out using appropriate measuring equipment according to drawing and project requirements.
Inspection records and production information are maintained to support quality consistency and traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
Our leadership includes material science graduates from UNSW (Australia) and veterans with over 20 years in the die-casting industry. This blend of academic excellence and hands-on experience allows us to act as your extended engineering department, rapidly responding to DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback and ensuring production stability.
