We operate 300T-650T cold chamber
die-casting cells and control the entire value chain in-house. From rapid tooling development and CNC machining to heat treatment and surface finishing, our integrated approach eliminates supply chain risks and ensures consistent quality, enabling true one-stop delivery.

We implement full-dimensional quality control. Incoming materials are spectroscopically analyzed. In-process inspections utilize CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) and X-ray porosity testing. Every shipment includes a detailed Material Test Report (MTR) and PPAP documentation, ensuring complete traceability for your audit compliance.
Our leadership includes material science graduates from UNSW (Australia) and veterans with over 20 years in the die-casting industry.
